Collection: 50 Cal BMG

Genuine .50 Caliber BMG Brass & Dummy Rounds

Every .50 BMG casing in this collection started as a real, once-fired cartridge — recovered brass, not a machined or cast replica. That distinction matters: replicas are stamped to a uniform shape, while our brass carries the actual headstamps, dimensional realism, and wear of ammunition that was genuinely fired and ejected.

Before anything reaches you, it goes through a wet tumbling process using steel media and a cleaning solution we've spent the past 10 years refining. For pieces marked hand-polished, we go further, working through three separate polishing compounds to bring out a bright, consistent shine. On dummy rounds where a projectile is seated, we use industry-standard commercial-grade equipment to properly size the brass and seat the bullet, the same standard used in professional reloading.

Browse the collection below for individual pieces, hand-polished finishes, and dummy rounds built from this process.
