Typical Shipping Lead Times
Most standard orders will ship the same or next day. Orders placed late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. Very large orders, custom orders, orders during seasonal holidays, orders involving engraving or assembly may require additional time to process. We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within 7 business days from postal delivery for approval.
Customer ships items back and is to notify us with proof/tracking within 30 days of original shipping date. A restocking fee of 50% may apply.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Credit is applied to the cost of the item only. Actual shipping charges incurred by the seller are not refundable. (Credit will be applied to original payment method less the sellers shipping and handling costs)

Incorrect Addresses, Lost or Stolen Shipments
Buyers are responsible for providing a safe & secure place for receiving their parcels. If the neighborhood is not safe, we suggest you route packages to your workplace, another safe location or get a PO box. If items show a delivered status, we are unable provide a refund. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate & complete shipping information. We are not responsible and are unable to issue a refund if your item is shipped to the wrong or inaccurate address. As, always, please contact us if you need have any problems so we can assistance you as a quickly as possible.
Carrier Transit Times - UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL
We have no control over carrier transit times and these times may be affected by strikes, weather or other uncontrollable conditions; which may delay your shipment. We do not issue refunds if your package is delayed. Any information regarding carrier transit times is an estimate based on the carriers information.
