Legal Eligibility and Prohibited Persons Policy
By purchasing from Craft Supplies Depot / EmptyShotgunShells.com LLC, you (the "Buyer") certify, represent, and warrant that you are of legal age and are not a "prohibited person" as defined by federal, state, or local laws.
1. Affirmation of Eligibility
By placing an order, you solemnly affirm that you are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing ammunition components under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or (n). Specifically, you certify that you:

Are of legal age: You are at least 21 years of age (or 18 for long-gun specific components where applicable by state law).

Are not a Felon: You have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

Are not a Fugitive: You are not a fugitive from justice.

Are not an Unlawful User: You are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act).

Have not been Adjudicated Mentally Defective: You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to any mental institution.

Are a Legal Citizen/Resident: You are not an illegal alien, nor have you been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions, or renounced your U.S. citizenship.

Are not subject to a Restraining Order: You are not subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child.

No Domestic Violence Convictions: You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
2. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect a "straw purchase" (buying for someone else who is prohibited) or if we have reasonable cause to believe the buyer falls into any of the prohibited categories listed above.
3. Verification Requirements
To ensure compliance with local and state laws (including but not limited to California, New York, Illinois and Massachusetts), we may require a copy of your state-issued identification, FOID card, or other permits prior to shipment. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.
4. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Craft Supplies Depot / EmptyShotgunShells.com LLC harmless from any and all liability, claims, or legal actions resulting from the Buyer’s misrepresentation of their eligibility or the unlawful use/possession of items purchased from this website.
