Yes, all these shells have been fired and are inert, do not contain any gunpowder, primer or projectiles.

What if my package is stolen off my porch?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages and can not issue a refund.

Can you ship to my county? 

Due to ITAR regulations, we can only ship these items to a US address.
