They are real, once-fired brass casings that have been recovered and have a real authentic new 9mm (JHP) jacketed hollow point projectile inserted into them.

These fake cartridges are inert and have no gun powder or primer powder. Can not be fired. 

Dummy rounds are designed for cosplay, ammo crafts, jewelry, props or display.

These hollow point bullets may have normal marks or wear from the firing process.
