These are rough-cut 20 gauge shotgun shell slices. Inert primer is intact.

Height is approximately 2.1–2.5 mm and will vary slightly from slice to slice. The approximate diameter is 19.29. 

They have been fired, so expect some normal wear and marks from the firing process.
