These high-quality ***** rounds will be displayed in a Military Window Box I am designing for my combat military service that ended in Vietnam on May 11, 1971. Serving less than 24 months in the US Army my military window box will not be a display of dozens of metals and awards. The ***** rounds and empty casings will help illustrate the AK47 gunshot hole in my camouflaged beret, not an official Army beret, but it went well with the camouflaged clothes worn in RECON. Fortunately, being too hot to wear the beret, I carried it in my left hip pocket. The AK47 rounds will add understanding to the results of an actual fire-fight gunshot wound. The AK47 round was a ricochet off a tree, went through the beret, and shattered my left femur with no exit wound. If it had been a direct hit, severing the femoral artery, I would have died on the spot. I was taken out of the field by a medical helicopter and did not have the opportunity to police up the actual AK47 casings.
