These are rough cut, hand painted & polished, 12 gauge shotgun shell slices. 

Height is approximately 2.2 - 2.8mm and will vary slightly from slice to slice. Approx. diameter is 22mm. Primer and primer pocket may vary. Inert primer intact.

They have been fired, so expect some normal wear/marks from the firing process.
